New Delhi, Aug 2 : Former President Pranab Mukherjee today expressed grief at the passing away of senior Congress leader Santosh Mohan Dev. "Deeply saddened at the passing away of long-time friend and colleague, Santosh Mohan Dev. My condolences to the family," Mr Mukherjee tweeted. The former Union Minister breathed his last at a private nursing home in Assam's Silchar this morning. He was 83. Dev left behind wife and four daughters including MP Sushmita Dev. UNI
