JAMMU, AUGUST 05- Additional Deputy Commissioner Jammu, Arun Manhas
today chaired a meeting to discuss the arrangements for Janamashthami
celebrations.
The meeting was attended by SSP Traffic, Nisha Nathyal, senior officers
from concerned departments and representatives of various religious
organizations.
The meeting was informed that Shobha Yatra will be taken out on August
14 which will pass through main bazaars of old Jammu city.
Threadbare discussions were held on various issues pertaining to
security arrangements, traffic regulation, fire services, cleanliness, drinking
water arrangements, un-interrupted power supply, medical facility etc.
ADC stressed upon the officers to ensure adequate arrangements well in
advance for the smooth conduction of Shobha Yatra and Janamashthami.
