New Delhi, Aug 21 : Delhi recorded 325 Dengue cases till August 19 this year with one death reported due to the vector-borne disease, an MCD report said. According to the latest figures, NDMC had 16 people suffering from Dengue, SDMC 64 and EDMC with 10 cases. As many as 215 Malaria cases were seen till day before yesterday with no one succumbing to it, the civic body report said. As many as 41 people were getting treatment for Malaria in NDMC, 33 in SDMC and 19 were detected carrying the parasite in EDMC, it informed. The least number of cases were of Chikungunya at 194 till August 19 this year with nil deaths, the figures say. There were eight people down with Chikungunya in the NDMC area, 22 people were affected within SDMC region and seven contracted the illness in EDMC colonies, it stated. UNI
