Jaipur, Aug 19 : Khadi board chairman Shambhu Dayal Badgujar passed away at a hospital here in the wee hours today. Badgujar, who had been ill for quiet a long time and undergoing treatment at Sawai Man Singh hospital, breathed his last at 0220 hrs. A pall of gloom descended over Kekadi village after hearing the news Badgujar's demise. Rajasthan Higher Education Minister Kiran Maheshwari and state BJP chief Ashok Parnami have expressed condolence over the Khadi Board chief's demise. His body will be kept at his residence in Jaipur for people to pay their last respects. Badgujar's cremation will be held later in the day, his family sources said. Badgujar, a two-time MLA from Rajasthan, had fought election on ticket of Janata Dal and BJP. UNI
