Shooting stone kills man on Srinagar-Leh Highway

Srinagar, Aug 17 :  A 55-year-old man was killed when he was hit by a shooting stone near Zojila Pass on 434-km-long Srinagar-Leh National Highway. Official sources told  that one Ghulam Nabi Shah, who was accompanying a truck he owns, got down from the vehicle to fetch water from a stream near Zojila Pass. However, they said a shooting stone hit Shah, resulting in his on the spot death. UNI
