Jammu, Sept 29: Three people, including a CRPF personnel, today died in a road mishap
in Ramban district of
Jammu and Kashmir.
"A vehicle
belonging to Justice M K Hanjura, Judge J&K High Court was on way to Jammu
from Srinagar in which his cook, driver and two CRPF men (security personnel)
were travelling," police here today said.
They said the vehicle
on reaching Morug, seven km short of district Ramban plunged into a deep nallah
as the driver failed to control it on the sharp turn.
Three people died on
the spot, while one was critically injured, they said.
Police identified the
deceased as driver Vinod Kumar, cook Hukam Chand and a CRPF jawan.
Another injured CRPF
jawan has been admitted to the district hospital.
The Judge was not
travelling in the vehicle, police added. UNI
