Market checking conduct at Bhaderwah

BHADERWAH, SEPTEMBER 01: A team comprising of Tehsildar Bhaderwah Masood Ahmed, EO Municipal Committee, Mohd Ashraf Zargar, Naib Tehsildar Nazir Ahmed, Tehsil Supply Officer Farooq Ahmed and other concerned officers conducted surprise market inspection in the town today. During the checking a fine of Rs 3500 was imposed on shopkeepers found keeping polythene bags and all the polythene carry bags were seized.

 Besides the drive for polythene seizure, a routine checking of vegetables, fruits vendors, grocery and sweet shops was also done to check the quality of food items.

During inspection about one quintal of rotten vegetables and fruits was destroyed on spot.
