NEW DELHI, SEPTEMBER 26: Minister for
PHE, Irrigation &Flood Control, Sham Lal Choudhary called on Union MOS
Agriculture, Gajendra Singh Shekhawat and apprised him of agricultural
scenario in border belt of Suchetgarh, R.S. Pura, Bishnah, Akhnoor and Chhamb.
MLA Doda,
Shakti Raj Parihar was also present on the occasion.
Mr Choudhary
apprised him of the agriculture potential of these areas and emphasized the
need for special focus to improve agriculture production. He also called for
reaching out to the farmers with the latest technological interventions
in the field of agriculture for enhancing their income .
Mr. Shekhawat
assured them full cooperation and coordination with the state in this regard.
