Jammu, Sept 13: A
woman today died after being hit by a bus in the winter capital of Jammu and
Kashmir.
"A SRTC bus hit a woman near KC Crossing at Bus Stand and she died on the spot," police here said.
The deceased was identified as Neelam Bhat.
"She was an employee of J&K PHE Department and the mishap took place just few meters away from her office," they said.
Police said that the body has been shifted to the mortuary, while details are awaited.
