Sept 21: Former Union Minister Bandaru Dattatreya today urged External
Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj to take necessary steps for early deportation of
mortal remains of two students who had died in Ukraine. The duo hailed from two
Telugu states -- Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. In a letter addressed to Ms
Swaraj, copy of which was released to media here, the senior BJP leader said
the students -- Shivakanth Reddy and Ashok Kumar were studying in Ukraine at
Zaporozhe State Medical University. Unfortunately, they died on September 19
when they were playing volleyball with their friends on the beach. The Minister
also requested Ms Swaraj for early transportation of their mortal remains to
