Sep 13: In the Ryan School student murder case, the father of
eight-old-victim today filed an intervention plea in the Bombay High Court. The
court had yesterday granted protection from arrest to the founders of the Ryan
International Group, and the parents of its CEO, Ryan Pinto, who had sought
anticipatory bail in connection with the murder of the boy on their
institution’s campus in Gurgaon (Gurugram). Opposing the anticipatory bail plea
of the officials of school, the court was told that prima facie materials were
available against the applicants hence their plea be dismissed. The court
adjourned the further hearing till 1500 hrs. UNI
