Huge consignment of liquor seized in 'dry' Bihar: six arrested

Begusarai, Sep 26: Police seized huge consignment of foreign liquor from a stationary vehicle inside an agriculture field near Banduaar slope under Mufassil police station area in the district today. Police said here that 80 cartons of liquor were seized from the vehicle following a specific intelligence input. Sources said that six peddlers were arrested from the spot and two motorcycles and Rs 1.5 lakh in cash were recovered from them on their interrogation. An intensive interrogation of nabbed peddlers is on to nab other members of their gang. UNI
