| Announces new Ambulance for DH Doda |
DODA, SEPTEMBER 06: MLA Doda,
Shakti Raj Parihar who is also the Chairman of RKS District Hospital Doda today
chaired Rogi Kalyan Samiti meeting.

Superintendent DH Doda, Dr Parvez Wani, XEN R&B B L Thushoo, XEN PDD,
Bishan Dass, Consultant Surgeon, Dr Aftab, Consultant Anesthetist, Dr Shabir, AEE
JKPCC and prominent citizens were present in the meeting.
Speaking on the occasion the MLA said that the government is working
towards providing better health facilities to people. He sought cooperation
from all the concerned and urged everyone to work as a team so as to achieve
desired results in modern health care.
MLA directed JKPCC to expedite pending works of district hospital
including the boundary wall and fencing to complete the same within 2
months. He further directed JKPCC to install the pending 5 Air conditioners in
blood bank immediately.
XEN R&B was directed to submit the estimates for repair/renovation
of labor room, emergency section and doctor’s retiring room. It was also impressed
upon him to do necessary patch works with adequate speed breakers on internal
hospital roads.
The meeting was informed that the sewage treatment plant in DH Doda has
been installed, and testing will be done in next week.
Mr. Parihar announced one new ambulance to DH Doda out of his
Constituency Development Fund (CDF) and asked the authorities to submit the
estimates for repair of old ambulances available in the district.
