BANDIPORA, SEPTEMBER 18: With a view to
bring awareness about J&JK Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare
Scheme and various other Labour Laws , the Labour department Bandipora conducted an awareness camp at Gurez near the
actual Dam site of Hindustan Construction Company(HCC).
The camp was
chaired by Assistant Labour Commissioner Bandipora.
The workers
on the occasion were sensitized about the safety measures which they need to
adopt while dealing with various procedures in and around the construction
site.
On the occasion, cheques
worth Rs. 12.83 lakh were distributed as educational assistance among 183
workers of Gurez constituency.
