DODA, SEPTEMBER 21: Deputy Commissioner, Doda Bhawani Rakwal today called for effective implementation of the government schemes for overall development of the district and taking the benefits to the door steps of the people.
 The DC along with senior functionaries of district administration was interacting with local people at public grievance redress camp here at sub-division headquarter Gandoh.
A large number of people of Bhalessa, Gandoh and adjoining areas attended the camp and highlighted their demands and issues.
The deputations and individuals including ex-sarpanchs of these areas apprised the DDC about their demands which need immediate attention.   The people demanded   maintenance of various road networks, adequate staff in schools, hospitals and in other departments. Issue pertaining to issuance of Ration cards, Aadhar cards to left out families, land compensation, electricity, water supply connections repair were also raised.

 The DC assured to look into the issues/matters raised by public and directed the district officers to remain in contact with the people, pay regular visits and try to redress the grievances at their doorstep in a hassle free manner.
