BARAMULLA, SEPTEMBER 23: ”Gulshan Alim
Adab” Kanispora, in collaboration with District Information Centre, Baramulla
today organized a Mehfil-i- Mushaira at Government High School Kanispora Baramulla.
The Mushaira was Chaired by prominent poet and writer Fayaz Telagami , while Qazi
Hilal Dilnevi, Farooq Rafiabadi, Ranjoor Telagami, Hosh Wani and Rashid
Kanispori were present in the function. On the occasion two books “Tareekh
Modena” and “Dayari Nabi” written by Hilal Delnavi were also released.
The poets across the district including Khursheed Khyali,Gulal Kashmiri,
Zahoor Highgami, Razak Jahami ,Farooq Wagoori, Farooq Rafiabadi,Haroon Rashid,
Tanha Rashid, Dr. Manzoor Ahmad,Hafiz Delnavi, Wahab Akash, Hilal Delnavi,
Karan Singh Talib and others read their verses and enthralled the audience,
besides a cultural programme was also organized during the Mushaira.
During the programme, a musical programme was also presented by young
artiest Suhail Ahmad.
