IGP Security reviews security at Civil Secretariat Srinagar

SRINAGAR, SEPTEMBER 23: IGP Security, Alok Kumar, today held a meeting of security officials deployed at the Civil Secretariat Srinagar to review the security of Secretariat and Assembly Complex here.

SSP Security, Civil Secretariat Srinagar, Dushyant Sharma, briefed the IGP about the security arrangements in place at the Civil Secretariat.

On the occasion, the IGP also interacted with the jawans and sensitized them about the sensitivity of their duties. He appreciated their dedication towards their duties even as he emphasized the importance of remaining vigilant all times.

The IGP also took note of grievances raised by jawans on the occasion and assured of their earliest redressal.

Concerned senior officers were present on the occasion.
