GANDERBAL, SEPTEMBER 23: Member Legislative Assembly from Ganderbal, Sheikh Ishfaq Jabbar
convened a meeting of district officers to review pace of developmental works
in Ganderbal constituency, here today.
During the meeting, district officers gave a detailed presentation
regarding achievements made, so far, under Constituency Development Fund (CDF)
and other Schemes. Progress of PWD, PDD, PMGSY, PHE, Health, Sports, Education
and Rural Development Department was also reviewed in the meeting.
The MLA asked all the concerned officers to work with utmost dedication
and commitment to address the problems of the people. He directed them to
ensure that the funds earmarked for different sectors are utilized properly.
While reviewing progress of various Departments, he asked officers to
ensure regular inspection and monitoring of ongoing developmental works and
stressed for gearing up their men and machinery for time-bound completion of
development works.
Among others, ADDC Ganderbal, ACD Ganderbal, officers from PHE, PDD,
PWD, PMGSY, and MC Ganderbal, Youth Service and Sports, Education,
Floriculture, and other concerned attended the meeting.
