Mock training exercise organized at GDC Bijbehara

          ANANTNAG, SEPTEMBER 16: The District Disaster Management Authority Anantnag on the directions of the District Development Commissioner, who is also the chairman of the District Disaster Management Authority, today organized a mock training exercise at Government Degree College Bijbehara.

          The purpose of the programme was to educate and sensitize the people about the precautionary measures to be taken in case of any natural disaster.

          Different mock exercises were conducted so that student community could serve as saviors during any exigency. 

          The programme was attended by SDM Bijbebara, Tehsildar Bijbebara, Tehsildar HQ DC Office, NCC, NYC, community volunteers and students of the college.
