KULGAM, SEPTEMBER 08: District Information Centre (DIC) Kulgam in collaboration with
Government Degree College Kelam today organised a mushaira at GDC Kelam.
This function was attended by poets affiliated with Aharbal Adbi Aagur
and other poets of the district
besides the academicians, students and media persons.
Additional District Development Commissioner was the chief guest while
as the Principal, GDC Kelam presided over the function.
On the occasion ADDC said that students need to be
encouraged to be creative so that their personality is groomed. He said that
the district administration will continue to support the College in organizing
such co-curricular activities.
