Mamata seeks justice in killing of journalist Gauri Lankesh in Bengaluru

Kolkata, Sep 6: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has described the killing of journalist Gauri Lankesh in Bengaluru on Tuesday as " most unfortunate" and " very alarming" and sought justice in the gruesome murder. Journalist Gauri Lankesh was shot dead in front of her residence. She was killed by three unidentified gunmen, who shot at 55 year old journalist from close range. " Saddened at the killing of journalist Gauri Lankesh in Bengaluru. Most unfortunate. Very alarming. We want justice," Ms Banerjee, who is also Trinamool Congress chairperson, twitted.
