Nagpur,
Sept 22: President Ram Nath Kovind arrived here this morning on a day-long
visit to attend a series of programmes. He was accorded a warm welcome by state
Governor Ch Vidyasagar Rao, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Union Minister
Nitin Gadkari and other senior officials at Dr Babasahab Ambedkar International
Airport. After arriving on his maiden visit, Mr Kovind proceeded to Deekshabhoomi
to pay his respect to Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar and then left for Ramtek to visit
Shri Shantinath Jain Temple. UNI
