Sept 19: US President Donald Trump’s daughter and adviser Ivanka Trump
today had a meeting with External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj on the
sidelines of the UN General Assembly session. "I have long respected
India’s accomplished and charismatic Foreign Minister@SushmaSwaraj, and it was
an honour to meet her today,’’ Ms Ivanka said after the meeting. Ms Ivanka, who
would be coming to India in November at the head of the American delegation to
the Global Entrepreneurship Summit (GES) said in another tweet," We had a
great discussion on women's entrepreneurship, the upcoming #GES2017 and
workforce development in the US and India." The Indian Embassy in the US
described the meeting as ‘’warm’’. UNI
