Sep 8 : Two youth have been arrested for dashing their motorcycle against
the car of Calcutta High Court acting Chief Justice Nishita Mhatre on Ma
flyover in eastern part of the city when the Justice was returning to her Salt
Lake residence last night, police said today. The youth after dashing their
two-wheeler against the car during overtaking also broke the looking glass of
the vehicle and passed lewd comments while fleeing. This happened around 2000
hours when the justice was returning home by her private car. However, the two
youths were arrested after the security officer on the vehicle informed the
traffic Sergeant on the Bypass in the same night. Both the youth were drunk and
had no helmet on their head and even they could not show proper document of the
two-wheeler. Police would produce them at Alipore court later today. UNI
