Delhi, Oct 5: The CPI(M) today alleged that BJP president Amit Shah has
started a dangerous course of inciting violence against its party leaders and
cadres, citing the recent remarks he has made in Kerala. In the editorial of
its mouthpiece People's Democracy, CPI (M) alleged that Mr Shah is filled with
arrogance of power and he was the last person who should be accusing an elected
Chief Minister of being responsible for the murders. Recently Mr Shah has
alleged that Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan was directly responsible
for the killing of RSS-BJP workers in the state. He flagged off the Janaraksha
Yatra, organised by its state leadership on October 2 in Kannur, and called for
protest by BJP workers in all states against CPI(M) till October 16 when the
march will end. The sharp worded editorial alleged that the ruling party of the
country is daily organising protests outside the office of a national political
party proves Mr Shah's arrogant politics. "Amit Shah thinks that he can
bulldoze the Sangh politics into Kerala using the false flag of red terror.
This, in itself, shows the inability of the BJP-RSS combine to counter the
CPI(M) and the Left politically in Kerala", the editorial said. The
editorial claimed that under Mr Vijayan the LDF government in Kerala in the
last 17 months has showed by its performance that it is an alternative to the
BJP's 'reactionary economic policies' and 'divisive communal agenda'. It
alleged Mr Shah has 'imported' Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to
participate in the yatra to create his divisive politics in the Kerala. The
editorial says the CPI(M) will step up its efforts to rally all the secular and
democratic forces to counter the BJP's disruptive politics in the coming days.
