DDC Kupwara reviews dev works

          KUPWARA, OCTOBER 04:  District Development Commissioner Kupwara, Khalid Jahangir today conducted an extensive tour to various areas of the district to review the pace of various developmental works.

          The DDC visited Qalamabad, Mawar New Type Primary Health Centre (NHPC), ZEO office, Qalamabad wader road, and Mawar Kutlari Bridge to take onspot review of the works there.

         The DDC asked the concerned that approach to ZEO office building should be completed at the earliest. He also took stock of ongoing works in the ZEO office besides checked the attendance of the employees. He took strong note of unauthorized absence of some officials and ordered immediate action against them as per relevant rules.

         While inspecting the work on NTPHC building, the DDC instructed concerned agencies to complete the construction within fixed timeline.               The DDC also took stock of works at Mawar sports stadium and reviewed progress on the commitments made by Chief Minister regarding the upgradation of infrastructure in Mawar Kutlari sports stadium.

         During the inspection of Qalamabad wader road, the DDC directed the concerned executing agencies to ensure that the quality of work is not compromised with and work is completed with the set timeframe.

          During the tour, various public deputations also met the DDC and apprised him of various issues being confronted by them. The DDC assured them that all of their genuine issues would be looked into and addressed on priority.
