Delhi, Oct 31: Delhi government on Tuesday observed the birth anniversary
of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel as Rastriya Ekta Diwas (National Unity Day). On
this occasion, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal administered pledge of 'National
Unity Day' to the officers and officials of the Government here at Delhi
Secretariat. State chief secretary M M Kutty also took the pledge. UNI
