Oct 25: New Zealand First party leader Winston Peters has been appointed
deputy prime minister and foreign minister, a statement by Prime
Minister-designate Jacinda Ardern said here on Wednesday. Peters gave winning
stride to the Labour party through a coalition deal. The elections for the
