Nov 29: Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Wednesday directed
to appoint nodal officers in each district of the state to identify the ideal
land requirement of different departments for various development projects so
that the same could be met out of the land offered by the farmers voluntarily
for sale on the e-bhoomi portal.
Presiding over a meeting to review the functioning of
e-Bhoomi portal of Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development
Corporation (HSIIDC) here, the Chief Minister said that concerned District
Revenue Officer (DRO) could be appointed as the Nodal Officer for this purpose.Mr Khattar said as now the small chunks of land at different places could be consolidated at a single place for development purposes, a team of consolidation experts should be constituted in each district for the speedy execution of this work. He directed that as the state government has decided to develop the two kilometers area on both sides of Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) Expressway, the land requirement for the same should be prominently highlighted on the e-bhoomi portal so that the farmers could come forward with the land offers.
He also directed to make the registration process for aggregators more liberal and also organize workshops for them so as to acquaint them with the entire process. UNI
