Nov 29: Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday will arrive in
Gujarat for two days to seek votes for his party’s candidates.
In the afternoon, he will land at Diu airport and directly
head towards Somanth temple by a chopper.Later in the day, Mr Gandhi will hold a corner meeting in Junagarh’s Visavadar and address a public gathering in Amreli’s Sabarmati.
He will address a number of public rallies on Thursday before leaving for Delhi.
For the first time, the star campaigners of both the parties, who are fighting neck-and-neck to win the elections, are holding public rallies in the same region, Saurashtra.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi had arrived last night in Rajkot and will address four rallies in the region.
Besides, Patidars Anamat Andolan Samiti leader Hardik Patel will address a gathering of farmers in Rajkot and also hold “Chowk pe Charcha”. UNI
