Nov 2: Extending gains for the second straight day today the BSE sensex
advanced by 21.02 points to trade at 33,621.29.32 a fresh new high on strong
global cues.
The National Stock Exchange (NSE) too rose by 1.50 points to 10,442.00.
The BSE registered intra day high and low at 33,657.57 and 33,547.10 respectively.
The National Stock Exchange (NSE) recorded day intra day and low at 10,453.00 and 10,431.40 respectively.
The sectoral indices like Health care,IT, Bnakex, , capital goods,power, consumer durables, Oil&Gas and realty rallied in opening trade.
The gainers were Lupin by 2.88 pc to Rs 1057.05, Dr Reddy Labs by 2.69 pc to Rs 2424.45, Sunpharma by 2.47 pc to Rs 562.00, Coal India by 1.82 pc to Rs 290.90 and ICICI Bank by 1.74 pc to Rs 318.65
The losers were Mah& Mah by 1.36 pc to Rs 1332.55,Hindunlvr by 1.21 pc to Rs 1244.45, Tat motors DVR by 1.21 pc to Rs 240.55, Tata Motors by 1.13 pc to Rs 431.80 and Heromotocop by 1.02 pc to Rs 3777.50 UNI
