JAMMU, DECEMBER 1: Governor N.N. Vohra has
condoled the sad passing of Dr. A.S. Anand, former Chief Justice of India and
Chairman of National Human Rights Commission, whom he had known well for many
years.
In a message, the Governor has prayed to
the Almighty for granting peace to the departed soul and strength to the
bereaved family to bear this unfortunate loss.
