RAJOURI, DECEMBER 01: Minister for Animal,
Sheep Husbandry and Fisheries, Abdul Gani Kohli today attended a religious
function organized in-connection with celebrations of Eid-ul-Milad-un-Nabi
(SAW) at Kalakote. Hundreds of people across the district Rajouri attended the
conference where various religious scholars threw light on the teachings of
Prophet Mohammad (SAW).
Addressing the gathering, Kohli felicitated
people on the auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Milad-un-Nabi (SAW). Praying for
peace and stability in the State, Kohli said Eid-e-Milad is an occasion to
dedicate “ourselves to the teachings of beloved Prophet Muhammad (SAW) in
letter and spirit and work tirelessly to help the needy and humanity”.
Kohli said Islam is the
religion of peace and Prophet Muhammad (SAW) was the perfect embodiment of
love, equality and brotherhood.
