JAMMU,
DECEMBER 21 – Minister
for Public Works, Naeem Akhtar visited the residence of Ms Kashyap Neha Pandita
in her tenement at Jagti migrant camp here today. Ms Neha recently qualified
the Kashmir Administrative Services (KAS) examination.
Giving
credit to her family for the success, the Minister said that family support is
key to success of a child and it is important that girls are given the
conducive environ to excel and achieve success in life.
The
Minister said her selection will encourage others from the community to work
hard for achieving their dreams.
Appreciating
the role and contribution of Kashmiri Pandit community in the administration,
the Minister asked the youth of the community to learn from the courage and
commitment that she has exhibited in achieving her goal in spite of facing
numerous odds in her life.
Saying
that youth of state are second to none in talent, the Minister said it is just
a matter of determination and making use of available opportunities to achieve
desired goals.
Giving
her the blessings, the Minister hoped that she will render meritorious services
towards the state and leave her mark in the administration.
Neha
has done Masters in Organic Chemistry and Bachelor’s Degree in Education.
