President to visit Hyderabad for Southern Sojourn

Hyderabad, Dec 22: President Ram Nath Kovind is arriving in the city on December 24 for the Southern Sojourn.

He will arrive at the Begumpet airport at 1300 hours and drive straight to the sprawling Rashtrapathi Nilayam located in the salubrious Bolarum in the Secunderabad cantonment area.
On the same day, Telangana and AP Governor E S L Narasimhan will host a dinner in honour of the President at Raj Bhavan.
Mr.Kovind will host the customary high tea to the prominent people of the city at Rashtrapathi Nilayam on December 26.
On the next day (December 27 ), the President will leave for Amaravathi, the capital region of the neighbouring Andhra Pradesh, after a four-day stay at Rashtrapathi Nilayam, Official sources said. UNI
