New Delhi, Dec 13: The Supreme Court on Wednesday said a five-judge constitution bench of it would hear the Aadhaar matter pertaining to the petitions seeking interim relief on Thursday.
The apex court's five-judge constitution bench will hear the Aadhaar case on Thursday at 2pm.
Lawyer appearing for the petitioner, Shyam Divan, on Wednesday mentioned before the apex court's three-judge bench, headed by Chief Justice of India Dipak Misra, seeking the top court's intervention for an urgent hearing seeking interim relief in the Aadhaar case.
The CJI Misra, after hearing the mentioning in the Aadhaar case, said, the apex court's five-judge constitution bench would hear the matter on Thursday at 2pm. UNI
