JAMMU, DECEMBER 4: Sh. M.Y. Tarigami, MLA Kulgam, met
Governor N.N. Vohra at the Raj Bhavan, here today.
Sh. Tarigami discussed with the Governor issues relating
to the inadequacies, particularly during the winter, which created serious
difficulties for the people, especially those living in the rural areas.
Sh. Tarigami also discussed with the Governor the
consequences of continuing delays in the implementation of development
programmes and the difficulties faced by the people from the functioning of the
Health and Education departments.
