New Delhi, Jan10: Delhiites woke up to a chilly and misty Wednesday morning with minimum
temperature settling at 4.2 degrees C, three points less than average for the
season.
However, around 35 trains arriving in the national capital were delayed due to decreased visibility and other operational reasons.
The air quality in the city remained 'very poor' with the index value of 338 at 1000 hrs as per the Central Pollution Control Board.
Relative humidity at 0830 hrs was pegged at 100 per cent , according to the weatherman.
The sky will remain clear and the maximum temperature during the day is expected hover around 22 degrees C, the weatherman said.
