New Delhi, Jan 20: A plea, seeking a thorough Special Investigation Team probe in connection with
the Judge BH Loya death case, is now listed for hearing before Chief Justice of
India Dipak Misra court in the Supreme Court on Monday.
Earlier, a division bench, headed by Justice Arun Mishra was
hearing the petition in the death case of Judge B H Loya, who was presiding
over the trial in the alleged fake encounter of Sheikh Sohrabuddin.
Justice Mishra, in an earlier order, had ruled that an appropriate bench would hear the matter.
The three petitioners - - Anitha Shenoy, Tehseen Poonawala and Bandhuraj Sambhaji Lone - - had approached the apex court seeking a thorough SIT probe into the alleged and mysterious death of Judge B H Loya. UNI
