Nifty hits 11,000 mark, Sensex crosses 36,000 for first time

Mumbai, Jan 23: The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) crossed the 36,000 mark while National Stock Exchange (NSE) barometer Nifty hit the 11,000 mark for the first time.
