Srinagar, Jan 5 : Two girls missing for the past four days from north Kashmir district of Baramulla were recovered from Banihal area of Jammu region on Friday, official sources said.
They said a report was lodged today in police station Pattan in Baramulla that two girls went missing for the past four days. A case was registered and investigation initiated, they said adding the girls were later found in Banihal.
It was not immediately clear how the girls, belonging to neighbouring families, reached Banihal, they said adding further investigation is going on.
A police party accompanied by family members of both the girls has been sent to Banihal to bring them here and hand them over their families.UNI
