Rangoli Making Competition organized by Shiksha Niketan

Jammu, Feb 5: Shiksha Niketan, Jeevan Nagar organised a “Rangoli Making Competition” for the students of class 2 nd on the theme- ‘National Symbols’. Four students from each section of class:- 2 nd were selected for this Competition.
All the participants tried their level best to each out their own inspiring creative talents in the form of colourful designs. The students exhibited their flag in the art by making beautiful Rangoli Designs on the given theme by using Rangoli Colours.The Theme was clearly visible in their respective beautiful rangolis. The adjudging criteria was based on symmetry, colour combination, creativity and the neatness as well as the theme presentation of the Rangoli. It was very difficult for the judges to choose out the best “Rangoli Design” of the participants. In order to appreciate the creative efforts of the students, they were given titles based on their respective ranking to be adjudged as per their “Creative Designs”. After that the judge gave their collective verdict announcing the toppers as per their achievement in the Rangoli Competition as follows:- Class 2nd B got 3 rd Position, Class 2nd G got 2 nd Position and 2 nd F got 1 st Position.
The Principal of the School, Sh. Rameshwar Mengi ji and the Vice Principal of the School, Smt. Nirmal Sharma highly appreciated efforts of all the Top- Rankers in particular. He also praised all the expert teachers who had put in their best dedicates efforts to expose the in- herent Talents among the students for their “All round Personality”. His worthyself impresses upon all the teachers to encourage each and every student to take part in such like creative events in future.
