Eluru, Feb 14: Former Union Minister Bola Bulli Ramaiah passed away in Tanuku town of West Godavari district on Wednesday. 
He is 92 and is survived by two sons and a daughter. 
Bulli Ramaiah had been ill for the last few months.
He joined the Telugu Desam party (TDP) when it was launched. He was elected to Lok Sabha from Eluru in 1984, 1991,1996 and 1999 on TDP ticket. 
Bulli Ramaiah worked as Union Minister for State for Commerce between 1996 and 1998. He played a significant role in the West Godavari District politics for about two decades. 
The former Union Minister was also an industrialist as he was the Chairman and Manging Director of Andhra Sugars limited. 
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and TDP National President N Chandrababu Naidu, TDP State President K Kala Venkata Rao, Ministers and TDP senior leaders expressed grief and condolences on his death. UNI
