JAMMU, FEBRUARY 21: In exercise of the powers conferred under clause
(b) of Sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Jammu and Kashmir Legal Services
Authorities Act, 1997 and is supersession of notification SRO 486 of 2014 dated
11th November, 2014, the government in consultation with
the Chief Justice of the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir, has nominated Justice
Ramalingam Sudhakar, Judge of the State High Court as Executive Chairman of the
State Legal Services Authority (SLSA) constituted vide notification SRO-68 of
1998 dated: 18 February 1998.
The nomination shall be for a period of three years
from the date of issuance of the notification.
