GANDERBAL, MARCH 26:- In order to achieve targets under Swachh Bharat
Mission, SBM (G) and make Ganderbal Open defecation free (ODF) District,
Additional District Development Commissioner, Ganderbal, Nazir Ahmad Baba today
flagged off “Swachhata Express”
from DC Office complex, Ganderbal.
The ADDC Ganderbal said the aim of the campaign is
to reinforce the concept of 'Sanitation is Everyone's Business', re-energize
Swachh Bharat Abhiyan and to focus on cleanliness and open defecation free
blocks so that an environment of cleanliness is created throughout the
District.
To create awareness about the campaign, he asked
the concerned to ply “Swachhata Express”
vehicle in every nook and corner of the District to disseminate information on
a larger level.
Programme Officer ICDS, Abdul Aziz, and other concerned
officers were also present on the occasion.
