KARGIL, MARCH 15: - Chairman and Chief Executive Councillor Kargil
Kacho Ahmad Ali Khan today said that taking into consideration the plight of
the people of Kargil who face a lot of hardships while they travel to Delhi for
treatment or other works, the LAHDC Kargil has cleared the bottlenecks in the
construction of Kargil Sarai at Dwarka Delhi and work on the project is slated
to be kick-started in near future.
The CEC while expressing thankfulness to the Chief
Minister Mehbooba Mufti, Chairman J&K Legislative Council Haji Anayat Ali
and MP Ladakh Thupstan Chhewang for their personal intervention in expediting
the matter said that the requisite course of action has now been restarted
adding the requisite preparatory procedures for construction work of the
project are going in the right direction.
Kacho said that coming up of the Sarai in the
national capital will be a great boon to the Kargilities especially the serious
patients and travellers.
Project Director KREDA Kacho Ahmad Khan who is on
deputation at Delhi by the Hill Council in connection with the project is in
continuous touch with the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) authorities so that
work on the construction of the sarai is kick-started in due course of time.
