DDC inspects facilities at GHS, Rown

UDHAMPUR, MARCH 03: District Development Commissioner, Udhampur Ravinder Kumar today visited Government High School, Rown and inspected the facilities being provided to the students including drinking water, sanitation and power supply etc.

The DDC also inaugurated water point in the school installed by 137 CRPF Battalion, Omara in the memory of martyr Vicky Kumar who laid down his life while serving the nation. Beisdes, the DDC along with Chief Education Officer, Udhampur J.R Bhardwaj planted saplings in the school campus and distributed schoolbags among the needy students of the institution

Commandant 137 Battalion CRP, C.R Mahapatra, Commandant 187 Battalion, CRPF Battal Ballian, Harinder Kumar and other officers of various departments were present on the occasion.
