10th Battalion at D.P.L Gandhinagar under Civic
Action Programme provided books to
Government Higher Secondary School Bahu Fort Jammu.
Randeep Kumar SSP presented a complete library consisting of more
than 400 School text books of 9th 10th 11th and 12th
standard in all streams, general knowledge books, medical and engineering
entrance books, autobiographies, competitive exams books, reference books etc
alongwith 04 almirahs to
this school
.
Mazahar
Hussain Shah-SP, Ravi Kant Sharma, SP and other officers of the Bn. besides
Principal, lecturers and teachers and large gathering of students and prominent persons
of the area were present the function.
SSP Randeep Kumar stressed upon the students to pay
special attention towards their studies
and make best use of these books. Moreover, he asked Principal to keep this
Library open during evening hours so that maximum students are benefitted .The
SSP emphasized upon the gathering especially students to stay away from social
evils for their good health and bright future and also asked school
administration to keep organising various sports activities in the school .
The role of J&K Police particularly of IRP 10th
Bn was lauded by the Principal, Prominent citizens, as well as students of
School.
