Mar 06: Unidentified gunmen shot dead an employee of Gaya municipal
corporation in Gol Bagicha locality under Kotwali police station area here
today.
Police said here that six criminals driving two motorcycles gunned down the
employee Kundan Ram (25) when he was going to a market near his residence.
Sources said that the youth tried to escape from the spot despite suffering
bullet injury but criminals chased him and fired indiscriminately on him
leading to his death. The reason behind murder was personal enmity.
Police took the municipal employee to Jai Prakash Narain Hospital where he was declared brought dead. The body has been sent to Magadh Medical College and Hospital for autopsy, sources added. UNI
