Lucknow, Mar 26: Uttar Pradesh government has refused to waive off GST from the works done under
the Regional Developmental Fund.
In a written reply in the state assembly on Monday, Chief
Minister Yogi Adityanath said if there is a provision of waiver of GST for any
special work then it will continue otherwise the agency doing the work will
have to pay the GST.
The Chief Minister said there is no provision or reason seen to waive GST in any work. Earlier those works which required VAT or CST, will now have to pay GST. UNI
